Die wichtigsten Kernkompetenzen sind die Entwicklung von Qualitätsstandards im E-Commerce und die vom ÖIAT entwickelte Methodik zur Planung und integrierten Umsetzung von E-Learningprojekten mit dem Fokus auf die Nutzeranforderungen.
